You may request a return within 31 days of delivery.
Item condition
Items must be unused/unworn, in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return (RMA + prepaid label)
Email support@timelesscrafted.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we will send return authorization (RMA) instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Print the label and drop off the parcel at the carrier shown on your label.
Parcels sent back without RMA approval may be refused.
Return shipping & fees
Return postage is free for approved returns when you use our prepaid label.
No restocking fees.
Condition verification
We may request photos before issuing a label.
Returns may be declined if items are used, worn, damaged, altered, or missing tags/packaging.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@timelesscrafted.com promptly with photos. When verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund (including any related shipping).
Gift cards and items marked final sale.
For hygiene/safety: opened personal-care items, undergarments, swimwear with liners removed, and pierced jewelry (unless faulty or where local law requires otherwise).
For the fastest service, please start a return via email and place a new order for the item you want. We will process the original return once it arrives and passes inspection.
Orders delivered to the EU/UK may be canceled or returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided items meet the condition rules above. This section does not limit any additional rights under local law.
We will email you our approval or denial after inspection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post funds.
If you do not see the refund 15 business days after our approval, contact support@timelesscrafted.com.

Outbound shipping is free, and there are no return postage charges when you use our prepaid label.
