Promotions follow their stated terms and can’t be combined unless stated. We may correct pricing/availability errors before or after you submit an order. If an order is canceled, any payment collected will be fully refunded.
Shipping. We offer free standard shipping. Posted delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees.
Risk of loss/title. Risk of loss and title pass on carrier hand-off (EU/UK consumers: on delivery to you).
Returns. We offer free 31-day returns from delivery. Start by emailing support@timelesscrafted.com for approval; we’ll issue a prepaid return label so you can drop off the parcel at the carrier location listed on your label. Unauthorised returns aren’t accepted. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for details.
Accounts are optional. You’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
All site content is owned by Timeless Crafted or our licensors. Do not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
By submitting reviews/photos/content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for site operations and marketing.
To report infringement, email support@timelesscrafted.com with: (i) your contact details; (ii) a description and URL/location of the material; (iii) a good-faith statement the use isn’t authorized; and (iv) a statement (under penalty of perjury where applicable) that you’re the owner or authorized agent.

Linked sites/services aren’t controlled by us. Review their terms and policies; we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
These Terms apply subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence. Any dispute will be handled under the applicable law without affecting those mandatory protections.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign without our consent. These Terms together with referenced policies are the entire agreement between you and us.
